ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Miss Kelsey has danced with Dance Connection since she was 5 years old. In 2015, she graduated high school and began her journey of becoming an elementary school teacher. She attended Roberts Wesleyan University and obtained her Bachelor's degree in General Education & Special Education (grades 1-6) with her Master's degree in Literacy. She is currently a Dance Instructor and second grade teacher.
Throughout her life, she had difficulty finding her own tools, strategies, and support systems for personal success. Now, she is passionate about helping other children and families find their own tools for success.
She focuses on each individual student and bases each curriculum around the goals provided by families.
Assistant instructors for each session are hand selected. Each assistant helps provide one-on-one attention throughout each class and has experience with children with special needs.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Miss Jienna has over 20 years of experience in the Early Childhood Education field. She began working in childcare in 2002 and has experience with all ages!
Her love of teaching brough her to the administrative side of the field, where she directed programs for ages 6 weeks through 12 years for 15 years. She facilitated parent education along with early childhood curriculum throughout her experience.
Jienna has two children of her how (5 and 9) who have been homeschooled since 2019. She has a passion for working with children and will be brining her kids along to help assist the program.
She is excited to return to her roots and is passionate and excited to bring this program to Dance Connection!
